• This campaign is open to monthly plan members who are registered by 23:59 on each deadline and have completed their application through the dedicated page.
• If you have unsubscribed by the deadline, you will not be eligible for the campaign.
• We cannot redeliver due to an incorrect registered address. Please be sure to check your delivery address when placing your order.
• We cannot accommodate address changes after your application has been submitted.
• We cannot reissue the card for any reason, including incorrect selection of your favorite member or incorrect TOMO ID to be printed.
• If the delivery address is outside of Japan, please be sure to enter the information in English (alphabetical characters).
